If an awesome place to buy a car exists, it's Shortline (Hyundai.) I called about a used Tuscon. We went in to see it, and decided it was "the car." Dave Britton (our sales person) was knowledgeable, patient, and NOT pushy. He told us all about the car and our options for purchasing without seeming "sales-y" at all! He negotiated a great price for us, but the best part is that he was able to get me financed with my sub-par credit all on my own!!! Deb Salisbury and Shortline Automotive (Subaru) get my highest rating. I used my Credit Union web site to solicit quotes from three preferred Subaru dealerships in the Colorado Springs/Denver area on a 2011 Subaru Forester Limited. All three dealerships replied claiming to have the model I wanted but on discussing the information with the dealerships only Shortline had the vehicle I wanted at the price guaranteed by the credit union. We happened by Shortline while out shopping for a car for my wife. Trevor was the sales person that helped us. If you have ever bought a car at a dealership, you know how some of these sales people can be. Trevor was awesome, though. He actually listened to what we said, and made suggestions that made sense for us. It is so tiresome when sales people try to push you in a direction to spend more money, but that wasn?t Trevor. I love my new Hyundai. I worked with a younger guy named Phillip, I was surprised how much information he contaned about the diffrent models Hyundai offered. At first I was interested in the Sonata Hybryd. Untill . After an hour of talking and test driving I decided on the Veloster what a great car. Thanks Phil for all your hard work.
