The front office is impossible to work with, Hygienist was very good. We will never go back again. They should call it Mexi/welfare dental. They are the only people that dont get dooped WITCHES. DONT GO TO SHORTLINE!! Springdale

I am impressed with the service I received here.. Pedro has done excellent work on my dentures .. they look amazing !! a few little adjustments and they are wonderful .. the ladies at the front desk are friendly and professional at the same time.. Thank you for making me feel comfortable..
I would like to express how happy I am with Shortline Dental. They took me as a walk-in and still got to me inside of an hour. They were kind and provided several different kinds of non-narcotic anesthesia. The watermelon Novocaine gel was a huge relief - I guess I had been in more pain than I thought! Hygienist that did my numbing shots (painlessly) was talking about her mission trip and how she didn't like hypocrites - the spirit of Christ was within her, and really comforted me. My daughter waited there for about four hours waiting to be called. The receptionists or whatever they are kept calling other walk-ins before her. Finally, right before 5:00 p.m. they call her to the back, then some Assistant comes in and says that he is too tired and not feeling well so he wont be able to pull her tooth. But, they did take her money and they did write her a prescription for pain meds. For what pain?? Can anyone just come in and get prescriptions for pain meds if they pay the $35 exam fee?
