The staff is always very friendly. I have been to a few different salons in Morgantown and every time another place disappoints, they have fixed the problem without any hesitation. I had a terrible experience elsewhere a few months ago and called about 10 minutes before this place closed and one of the workers stayed way over to fix it for me. Amazing service.
