I love this place! I started coming here about six months ago. The two ladies who run the place do a great job, they're always friendly, and waiting time is seldom very long. Haircuts are low cost, so do include a generous tip. Their street sign says Maraney's, which was a previous business, and why they haven't changed it is a story they'll be happy to share.

Best place in Morgantown for a guy to get a haircut! I have been going to Short Cuts regularly for several years now and they are the kindest and most skilled barbers you'll find on WVU campus. And for those with a sweet tooth, they have a candy basket too. Update: They now have a gumball machine and an ATM inside the barbershop. Update: Kim and Gloria always do such a great job with my hair and beard. If I could give them another 5 stars I would.
