Val and Ken have taken excellent care of our property, communicated promptly, and handled both guests and maintenance of the property. As a new Airbnb host 5 years ago, we have been with Short Stay Florida (SSF) for the entire time. Ken, Val and their team have been extremely supportive of our property. Initially we were with a national vacation rental company that managed the various web sites, but SSF is and has been our local property managers and worked with the two national companies.
