Office Team and Maintenance Team are Excellent! Office Team of Veronica, Adriana and Maintenance Team led by George and his 2 team members are truly excellent and outstanding! They are courteous, punctual, and highly professional! They always do their utmost best!

Do NOT move here PLEASE READ If you are looking to move please do not move into Middletown Trace. Last week there was a gas leak and it took maintenance HOURS to respond. Very dangerous. Then, over the weekend there was a leak in a pipe in the wall that has came out into our carpets. Our carpets have been pulled up and our kitchen will be getting torn apart. Do not live here Terrible maintenance, garage door spring BROKE off and nearly injured me and ended up damaging my car. Management took no responsibility

Accommodating Staff My family lived in Cardinal Hill for almost seven years. We loved living here and have grown attached to the place. I love how the apartment complex is clean and well maintained and have an amazing staff! The superintendent, Sorin, is a very hardworking person and is always there for us, ensuring our needs are met promptly. Management great I lived in this complex for 10 years. I had the 1 bedroom large. Management was awesome, especially Michelle. Whenever i had any issue it was taking care of. Certain neighbors were great. Only issue, once rent started getting too high it just didnt feel the price match the place: no balcony/patio, no fitness area, no community area. No place to sit outside your place and enjoy the weather. I would go back

There’s no place like home” I’ve been living in Building 12 since 2011. I was in a 2 bedroom with my daughter and then downgraded to a one bedroom in 2013 when my daughter moved on her own. This was not my first rodeo (or second for that matter) as my daughter was brought home from the hospital when I was residing in building 21 back in 1993. Bug issues The apartment has a bug problem that the landlords don’t take seriously. My apartment is filled with crickets, spiders, centipedes, ants, and beetles. I even have to keep pest traps out constantly to help with the problem. The leasing office assured me there was no way pests could get in as they had an exterminator check. For the price just look elsewhere.

This apartment building is a living nightmare. The overall atmosphere of the building is one of fear and discomfort. Many of the tenants feel mistreated and unprotected by the people running the place. The neighbors are unfriendly and the safety of the building is questionable at best. All in all, this place is not somewhere anyone should want to live.

Do not move here! Poor looking property for the price that they are asking.... Too many rules for the money that your spend....
