Excellent experience I chose this apartment community because of the kindness and knowledge from the leasing team. The property is well kept, the apartments are extremely spacious, and everyone in the leasing office, especially Lydia, made the entire moving process simple.
Great apartment complex and location My husband and I have lived here for almost a year. We were looking for a few things when we were searching- safe neighborhood, well managed property, and close access to transit and highways. We love short hills club villas, maintenance is quick to respond. Neighbors are nice. And when I need to take the train it’s a 15 or so minute walk. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. Veronica manages this complex very well.
Long Time Resident I’ve been living here since May of 2017. I find this complex a nice place to live, it’s quiet with nice neighbors. I also enjoy living here because everything is nearby and walkable (Short Hills train station, downtown Millburn and Springfield). I work in NYC and so this is a great location to commute. Amazing place to live! I've been living at the complex for 3 years. So far, I have no complaints, the neighborhood is nice, good area for kids, and there are lots of places nearby (food, gym, walking areas). As for the people at the leasing office, Veronica is so amazing and welcoming in helping you with any need necessary. The maintenance team is always efficient and solves your problem. If you're looking for a new place to start an adventure, Short Hills Club Village is your go-to!
Great Place I have been living here four 4 years. I have to say we are very happy here. The office manager is just wonderful. The leasing agent is also a delight to work with. They have three maintenance engineers that work hard. Whenever I need maintenance, they come quickly and do repairs properly. They never leave a mess. Also it is pet friendly!! Our pug, Hank, just loves the guys and gals that work here!! I highly recommend Short Hills Club Village.
Office Team and Maintenance Team are Excellent! Office Team of Veronica, Adriana and Maintenance Team led by George and his 2 team members are truly excellent and outstanding! They are courteous, punctual, and highly professional! They always do their utmost best!
Awful management communication and disturbed living Don’t be fooled by the “nice exterior” of this complex. Management doesn’t communicate until last second about entering your apartment and destroying your personal belongings and furniture with renovations. Every attempt to fix an issue by maintenance is never fully fixed or not fixed at all. And if you want to live somewhere without any form of peace and quiet then that’s what you’ll get here. Not as nice as the advertisement Loved it the first few years but has been on the decline. Neighbors friendly, respond quickly to repairs; however, the upkeep of property declining rapidly.

Think Twice! I agree completely with another post "Luxury price but bad quality". Everything he/she wrote is TRUE! In addition, if you have a different sleeping schedule other than 10pm to 5am, think twice! Be prepared to be woken up every morning at 5am by all kinds of noises from your neighbors.
