My niece applied here and was denied due to "income restrictions" which is no where stated on their website nor told when filling out an application. The owners more or less determine who is qualified based on income. It wouldn't be an issue if this was explained either on their website or on the application. Not only did they rip my niece off of $40 but wasted her time on finding an apartment. Needless to say an attorney has been contacted and will be contacting the BBB as well.
Discrimation up to high hell here. They denied my application because of bullshit "income guidelines", not restrictions, so basically they follow it when they want or when they just don't like someone. They don't even tell you it or have it anywhere on their site. Any reasonable owner would. They just want all they money they can get and rip off of people.
