We bought our home in may 2024. On day of closing there was a water issue in the basement that the sellers are under contract to fix. It was supposed to be finished by July, it’s currently Feb 2025 and the room is still not finished. The listing agent Chris Phillips was supposed to have a painter out in November and IM STILL WAITING. He just now ignores my messages and I’m forced to get my attorney involved.
