Came out and took measurements, they emailed quote, we called to get details, they couldn't give us any?! Also didn't probably quote what we asked for. Completely unprofessional with communication. Lost our business!
Once estimate is agreed on and deposit given, very poor communication, numerous phone calls, e-mails, and appointments to finalize details and get questions resolved went unanswered. Appointments cancelled 15-30 minutes after the start time due to "illness". It took us almost 2 months to get project complete. Work we be done, and they would leave to get more parts, or more bricks, etc, and not come back for 3-4 days after numerous calls leaving messages asking about when they would return.
