After waiting over a month, we had 2 fireplace sets with remotes installed on 11/19. On 11/23, the first time we turned it on, one got stuck in the on position. We called the store and they weren’t very helpful aside from telling us to turn the main gas line off and to wait for the installer to call. A week later, the installer finally called and said it was a warranty issue. Store staff has been unable to assist and continues to tell us that they’re looking into it. Meanwhile, we’ve paid for a product that we can’t use.

Not very helpful when I visited the store and was the only customer. Here it is 3 weeks later and I still have not got a telephone call back to learn if they could locate items needed. Thanks I was treated much better by your competition in Romeo. Guess you didn't need a $4000 sale...
Terrible service. They installed a fireplace for us over a year ago. The manual switch hasn't worked since the initial install. Multiple tech out no solution. Last time out they promised the part was on the way and would be taken care of within a week. That was August 21 ....three months later and multiple calls no response. Their answering machine now states that they are not taking any new service orders.....WTH.
This place is the best place to go for a fireplace or a barbecue they have knowledgeable and friendly staff and quality installations I recommend all my FB friends check them out. 5 Stars ⭐️
very disrespectful staff wouldn't recommend there services to anyone
I am still waiting to hear back from Shores Fireplace after I had the owner at my house on Tuesday before Thanksgiving to diagnose an ongoing problem with my fireplace. He gave me his word that I would receive a call by the end of the day. No call. I waited to call the store today, and no one at the store knew what the next steps were. They were unaware of the owner's visit, etc.
Best customer service ever. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We will continue to recommend them. Thank You .
