I walked in trusting and was sold a 10000 used honda pilot. noticed a clunking in rear end took it in they said nothing wrong. took it back in and they still didn't figure it out..i took to my mechanic and they printed out a sheet of problems. 5000 in repairs. called shorline they said call warranty company. warranty only covered 1700 of that. Will never go back or have any friends or family buy a vehicle there. do research and know what your buying. trust dont work obviously.
Excellent, friendly service with good quality vehicles to chose from. I highly recommend. I drove 3 hours just to purchase my vehicle there. Dale is trustworthy and even replaced the rotors and pads before our test drive! Thank you! -Seeley’s
