Great NP and the receptionist has been very pleasant to deal with, even though she appeared to be extremely busy
love the nurse practitioner she is awesome, the receptionist is very rude!!! I think she doesn't like her job!
The telephone ring for 3 minutes without an answer and then when they do answer I was placed on hold for another 5 minutes. Receptionist needs customer service training.
I was directed towards the Shoreline Health Clinic by all sources I had contacted since my recent move to Wasaga Beach, following months of trying to find medical care. Phones are not ever answered at Shoreline and the receptionist was not at all pleasant when I finally went there to check things out. I am very disappointed to say the least!!!
