Disgusting behavior done by the NP and front desk. Completely unprofessional and verbally assaulted me in front of my child over us being 20 minutes late because we got lost - Instead of accommodating us she contuined to be disrespectful and overly rude and kept yelling at me like a bratty child. Even the ED admitted their is no security cameras in the office of Shoreline which lets the front desk be rude without anyone recording it. I was witness to a NP at shoreline yelling at a patient for being 20 minutes late because she was lost and new around town - instead of helping her out the NP named Maureen decided to violate my nephews rights as a disabled persons and my sisters rights too. This company needs security cameras ASAP to capture your front desk and nurses gross behaviors. Do better or get out of health care.
Horrible doctors office and Horrible front desk! Shes so rude and unkind! Ive been without a dr for months since I moved her and now I finally got I only to have my appointment rescheduled multiple times and zero accommodation! If I could give zero stars I would!!
Everyone I call there is no answer and when they do it’s an additional 10 minute wait. Then to see a doctor it’s a month wait
