Kiddo had a reaction to shot today. First time for us. Dr. D, Wendy, and the rest of the staff were AMAZING!! They were calm and professional...and even joked a bit to help lighten the mood. We ended up needing to go to the ER by ambulance. I had a second kiddo there and I wasn't quite sure what to do. Lindy, bless her heart, took that kiddo home for me!! Had our first appointment today for my two year old. They were amazing!! After trying to figure out her allergies pretty much on my own because our last Dr wasn't much help, I am so relieved to finally be getting some answers. Thank you so much for caring and talking to me like a person!!
Our kiddos were both referred to Shoreline this year. Our family has a lot of allergy problems. Dr. Detorres, Wendy, and Tim are all phenomenal!! I never leave with questions unanswered. The whole staff is great and my kids love going to their appointment's, even if they are getting poked!!!!
Our first time there was today and we loved everyone esp Dr. D... He was great with my son! In fact he's still talking about how funny Dr.D was. I would highly recommend Shoreline Allergy!
