RecommendedIt’s been almost a year since Ziggy could go for a walk because of his luxating patella, but he’s finally back at it for the first time today thanks to Dr. Brown! I was extremely nervous for him to undergo surgery since he’s 10 years old, but all of the staff at Shoreland were phenomenal. I’m very picky about who takes care of my baby and haven’t been very impressed with other animal hospitals or vets, but I give Shoreland an 11 out of 10!! Thank you for fixing Ziggy! He’s such a happy dog now!

we have taken our dogs here for years, and now drive a significant distance to do so. We do this gladly, because Dr. Sara and her staff are consistently awesome, provide great care and guidance, and are great with our usually sweet rescue Vinny (106 lbs) who gets VERY anxious on vet trips.We won't take our animals anywhere else!
I’m a little upset about how I was quoted 300 at the time I made the appointment. So picking up my first more than cat then picked him today to go home check my papers and they charged an extra cat the 2nd time so each time I was charged over for the They my other cat got declaws. I was talking on the phone with a women talking about it and I was trying to ask her a question she hung up on me. I have been coming to Shoreland Animal Hospital for 6 years. My 1st dog, Pepper, was abused when I adopted her. They built a relationship with her and helped me treat multiple issues that were neglected while in a shelter. When I moved an hour and a half away four years ago, I kept coming to them for her care and her little brother’s care once we adopted him a few years later. My mom also moved her dog’s care to them. I have experienced Shoreland animal hospital at the end stages of my dogs life and at the beginning stage of my new puppy’s life. Can’t say enough good about them. Compassionate, professional and the charges were actually cheaper then we discussed. Couldn’t be happier

Watch out for higher bills for services than what was discussed. $480 turned into $600 because of a heart-worm screen that was never discussed between the staff (Dr. Brown specifically) and I about the agreed upon services. But of course there was “miscommunication”. Prices for ordinary services are too high overall. After today’s surgery for our dog, we will take our business elsewhere.
