I brought in my newly adopted kitten for a check-up. The doctor said everything was fine, even the lesion above the eye and areas around the scar. Turns out they were Ringworm and she also had ear mites. When I called in a panic after I figured out what it was from the internet, I was treated poorly by the front staff. All I wanted was medicated shampoo and medication. They wanted her to be brought back in to do a test that takes 10 days for results. They didn't do a thorough job in the first place. I took my 12 year old cat SophIa in today for a shot....she is not the friendliest cat but I love her. The Dr. and the assistant were great! Thank you so much for taking care of my not so nice cat to you guys....you're the best!!
I love the doctors at Shoreland Animal Hospital.. The last couple months having to make some difficult discussions, the staff especially Bonnie have always been caring and interested in our needs.. For this we will be forever grateful. And will continue to take our fur babies there.
