Whoever the blonde front desk lady is, absolutely RUDE! To my fiance and I and another lovely couple that walked in before us. Gave everyone an attitude and belittled my fiance for not having a damn medication list. Claimed she called us twice with voicemails and got absolutely SNOTTY! If you’re going to treat people this way don’t work with a patient facing job.
Dr. DePalma is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my husbands kidney health, but also he is great to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines personal, friendly care for a patient with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming a patient at Shore Renal Care!
My brother is an older autistic person and a patient of Dr. DePalma's. Both Dr. DePalma and his wonderful front desk Staff are patient and kind to him. Whenever I call I speak to the most pleasant people ever. Dr. DePalma answers our questions thoroughly and with expertise.
Office staff is a bit laxed on doing follow-ups ( Urine sample taken over a week ago was never fowarded to lab ) on tests that are forwarded to lab.
