I strongly caution against using this facility unless it is exclusively affiliated with reproductive clinics equipped with private rooms for specimen retrieval. Our experience, particularly with their association with Morgan Fertility in Englewood, has been disheartening. Not only did we receive a negative false test result, but we were also billed a high amount , despite being initially assured that our insurance would cover it entirely. This place should only be only affiliated to reproductive clinics that have their own rooms in their facilities to retrieve the specimens, they work with Morgan Fertility in Englewood and not only did a negative false test but also charged me $900 when they said at the beginning that my insurance will cover it 100%! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
