I cannot say enough good things about Shore Haven! From their vets to their staff, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. My dog absolutely LOVES coming to daycare every week! They care for him as if he were their own. Truly a wonderful place with wonderful people!! Here he is with his Christmas present from them ❤️ thank you for all you do!
I brought my dog here and they did a operation taking partial of lumps off not knowing what they were and it killed her in a week and they said that that was the proper way to do a biopsy when it wasn’t a thin needle aspiration was and it spread it cancer in a week and killed her then when I spoke to them they said that they had to remove partial of the lumps to get a biopsy do not bring your dog here I don’t know what they’re doing my dog could’ve been cured had they did the biopsy the proper away
I came home at 7am to my cat in extreme pain, I thought he was dying. This was the only place open. They got me in immediately, and ran tests (all normal). We were all at a loss, and he was hurting. They gave him a shot for the pain, told me to call if I notice anything and I took him home to observe. Never found out what was wrong but the next day my cat was normal and the hospital called to make sure we were okay. Excellent Customer Service, Communication, and Assistance.

This place is my English bulldog Vico's second home. He's a regular daycare attendee. The staff are wonderful with him. Vico loves them and all the paytime he gets with other doggies. He gets tons of exercise and attention. As long as he's happy, I'm happy.
I boarded my two dogs here recently and never will I again! Without getting into the whole situation, I will tell you that everyone there lies to you and never will the so called practice manager call you back! It’s too bad for Dr Rife that she’s part of this shady place because she’s a wonderful vet, but no thanks I’ll bring my business elsewhere with people who care!
Great staff, a little pricey compared to other offices but I dont mind paying a little more for quality care. They are great with the all my fur-children!!
Not happy they cancelled my appointment today after waiting 3 days to get in for my cat to be seen with an infection! 25+ years of going here and since the expansion service is horrible! I even said my cat has an infection going on!!!
