RecommendedAmazing staff. I take my dog, cats and mice here. Can’t say enough great things about them. I rescue on the side and they always find time to get those babies checked out. They always go above and beyond with care and advice. Also one of the most inexpensive places I’ve taken my babies. They aren’t just in it for the money they have so much compassion when it comes to the well being of all animals!

Great staff, our Ollie is always so excited to go to their daycare. The dr.s are great with follow up and explaining everything.
I only really deal with the girls who work in day care but the staff is so great. You can tell they all LOVE what they do. They post pictures of him all day and send them to me if asked to. They’re always so happy to see him as well. My dog hates the vet but he walks into shore haven with not a care in the world! He loves it here and they love him as well! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for daycare, boarding, or just a vet office! We 💜 Shore haven 💜
I love Dr. Rife and Dr. Faubert. They provide great care for my hammy and bunny, even squeezing me in for appointments for more emergent issues whist is so appreciated since very few vets see small animals. This was Ziggy excited to see the staff at one of his visits before he passed.

They don’t return calls and leave people on hold!! My cat has been constipated for a week and they said that’s normal!!! Then screwed me over with medication and charged 100 for one bottle when I’m suppose to get two!! I will never bring my cat there again!!!!!!!
A few months ago I would have given a hearty recommendation but after yesterday’s experience I have requested both of my dog’s records and will seek Veterinary care elsewhere. I feel badly as I loved the care Dr.Rife provided but the rude treatment I received from Valerie made up my mind to go elsewhere for my dog’s care. I called over a month ago to SPECIFICALLY schedule a consultation appointment to discuss potential surgery for my dog. Shore Haven used to be fantastic but the new manager has no idea what he is doing and it shows. Good luck getting calls back for results, picking up medication, or having your appointment start on time. You’ll never see a familiar face anymore because they can’t keep staff. Poor internal communication from ShoreHaven killed my dog in late 2019. We highly recommend Shore Haven! They are always so friendly, my dog loves all of them and you can't beat their prices and compassion. My dog (Max) can't wait to go to the vet and see everyone's smiling and friendly faces. Even though he won't eat their treats, he loves their company and love for him.
I love Shore Haven! I’ve taken my pup Seneca since I brought her home at 8 weeks almost a year ago now. The Vets, techs, and staff are always warm and friendly! I’ve used their grooming services, daycare, boarding, and of course vet services and all have been wonderful. I know Seneca is in good hands when I leave her in their care. 5 stars for sure!
