Alexa was so nice and very helpful.
I moved into a 2bed in the new build, mid October 2025, and on 12/24/2025 new tentants moved into the 2 apartments next to mine, seemingly sharing the 2 units between them all. They were moving stuff in until 12:30a - 1a on Christmas Eve which really set the tone for the next 3 months, and the previous tenant I had 0 issues with. Shore acres has been fantastic. The staff are wonderful and extremely accommodating and friendly, and I really appreciate the events they plan. The unit itself has some age but any issues I’ve encountered were fixed quickly and without undue charge. The location is of course phenomenal as well (though wildlife is a factor one should consider so close to the woods, by which I mean bugs). I couldn’t ask for more
My heating issue was fixed quickly once the maintenance ticket was seen. Small problem existed in actually seeing the ticket, but once accepted, all was good.
