I was in a need-to-move-ASAP situation and the property manager, Stephanie Lee, was absolutely amazing. Not only did she give me an exceptionally honest and in-depth tour, but she also got my application approved that same day. I got to see the exact unit I would be applying for, and she volunteered to complete several upgrades pre- or post-move-in should I deem them necessary (replacing carpet, cleaning out a ceiling light to make it as bright as possible, etc).
