Fix your potholes
I signed up for a preventive maintenance plan with Shoppa. I've got a old Clark forklift that has been needing some TLC for quite a long while. I spoke with Jay McGill on setting everything up and getting the appointment scheduled. My technician Adam has been absolutely the best... That's the best way I can describe it. Great service provider for warehouse racking. 5 stars all the way.
If I could give a negative they would deserve it. Shoppa's sold us a supposedly fully checked out forklift with a surging issue and a smashed radiator from another (very obvious) lifts fork pushed into it. I did not notice the tiny coolant leak until a few days after picking it up. Inspect and saw the radiator smashed. Contacted the sales rep and he said, sorry "as is warranty" nothing he can do. The pallet rack installation work Shoppas Material Handling completed behind the scenes and at our facility was excellent. The racks look great and the installation crew was efficient, professional and great to work with.
