My wife and I had eye exams and ordered new prescription regular and sun glasses from Shopko Optical, in Lincoln Nebraska, at 5100 N. 27th St. and received the new glasses a couple of weeks later. The glasses were fitted and we were to “try them out”. We were told to come back if anything isn't right with them, as Shopko guarantees their glasses. I will never go here again! Spent approx $2500 for an exam and 2 pair of glasses. The glasses kept falling off my face. I was in there monthly getting them adjusted. Asking for them to do something as they were under warranty. Even spoke with the manager once. I was never offered any help. NEVER! Except for when I went in yet again because this time my glasses again fell off my face and broke! Before even looking into my file, they told me there was nothing they could do. Couldn't fix them.
