Go somewhere else! This place does not care about their patients one bit! So I kinda had an emergency with my eye over the weekend. I had a foreign object get stuck in it and it’s just progressively getting worse so I thought to turn to the eye doctor. The one thing you would go to in the case of an eye emergency and they turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment. This was my first virtual optometrist visit, and I was unsure what to expect. Amanda was fantastic! She guided me through the process like a champ and kept me company with lively conversation during 2 brief waits for video consults. The tech was unobtrusive and seamless. All in all a great experience!
