I have been to this location several times and want to give a shout out to Barry and Julie. Barry is always so very patient, friendly, and helpful every time I come in. The customer service is A+, they go above and beyond everytime and you honestly cannot ask for better. I highly recommend this store. The glasses are high quality and Dr. Banjo is AWESOME as well. My mother and my husband are happy customers here too. Don’t hesitate, go here for all your vision needs.
Layla was super helpful! My brother broke his glasses in an auto accident and she was able to help me get them ordered. She was friendly and professional and a great asset for Shopko.
I got glasses last year they were not clear and I couldn't clean them and they couldn't clean them either. They replaced them once and it is the same. They wanted to sell me new ones. I can not use my glasses
Shopko Optical went out of their way to help me when the coating came off my lense. Staff helpful and caring.
