It has been 3 months and I have had to order my lenses 3 times because everytime something is wrong. First the prescription was wrong, then they did haven’t the transition shades that I paid for….hopefully third time is the charm but I was told there would be a rush because of the whole situation but it’s been almost 3 weeks. My guess is the lab messed up again and they had to send them back and reorder. Vary helpful and vary good at explain things when I was unsure about things
My mother was treated very poorly by the front staff. The lady who was helping her talked down to her and made her feel small and stupid. The lady originally told my mother that her glasses would cost almost 500$ because of the specific lenses she needed. When we asked for ways to lower the price the lady was very snotty and started speaking to my mother like she was stupid. I specifically asked if there was a way to get the cost down to 100$, since that’s what I paid and I have similar vision problems and needed the same ty... read more
