In a matter of 3 days they had a machine to my specs built and ready for me at a great price. The customer service and turn around is outstanding. I will definitely be getting my next machine through this company and recommending it to my friends and coworkers!!
I purchased 2 $10,000 Dell servers fully configured from ShopEZIT. They gave a 3 year warranty. After 20 months one of the servers RAID controllers started freezing on IO and would not continue on for 15-20 minutes. I checked in with ShopEZIT and they admitted knowing about the problem but would not replaces the Samsung 840 Pro SSDs they installed. They said since the drives had not failed they could not replace them. They did offer to buy them back at 20% and sell me Intel SSDs which they claimed would not have the same pro... read more

Had a terrific experience. Needed some new servers in a hurry and Yuri came through big time. I also had an opportunity to tour their facility and see how they truly do test equipment before shipping it out. That makes a huge difference for us, because most of our installs are out of state and happen over weekends. Knowing that all of the servers we'll be installing have been thoroughly tested and will work as expected gives us tremendous confidence.
Purchase Hardware from them many times and have had no issues. I always go to them first for any hardware I need. Highly Recommended!
