Only had a concern with 2 items of the many, many I have purchased. When I contacted them about my concern, they refunded me for the one item and sent me a return label for the other and also refunded. I think ShopLC have very nice merchandise at very reasonable prices. They also have fast delivery. The most important reason to buy from ShopLC is; they give a child a meal each time a purchase is made.
