Once my purchase was received I was disappointed with the quality. On the show they said it listed at $1200+ if I recall correctly. In reality I actually think I paid too much at the price I purchased it for after they got to their bottom price. It's very light and seems to not be solid gold as advertised. I will avoid further purchases. Thank you for taking the time to share the feedback with us! I have given this to our retention team to check into

Shop LC has always sent me great products when I ordered an item, especially the ***** days, where everything is $***** or less. The fact that the $***** day sales are used to feed the Hungry Children around the world, is a wonderful act of compassion. When I had a problem with a product, they immediately refunded my money or exchanged the product. Love Shop LC. Long time customer here . I am very disappointed w **********************. I won a rough cut "premium" ***************** ring that looked nothing like the picture they had online. I do believe it was plastic i also won and bought a pair of polki diamond earrings that are so foggy and look totally different then the pictures they had. This is false advertising!!
