These guys are top notch!!! Always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and I have some pretty difficult request. But they always manage to hunt whatever I ask for down and get it to me as fast as possible. Great people to do business with and I plan to do much more in the future. I purchased a custom built AR10 from shooters shack about 8 months ago, all was well until I decided to change out the hand guard, needless to say 4 out of 6 screws on the hand guard where terribly cross threaded. After paying $2200 for said rifle I was pretty upset about that. I guess I should start by saying that you paid $1300 for a custom Mega Arms billet upper/lower firearm in .308 with a Magpul stock and a $200+ Lancer carbon fiber forearm which is a steal. But it wasn't $2200 if you need a duplicate of your receipt please let us know. There were no screws that were "cross threaded" however all the screws of the Lancer Systems forearms were loc-tited in place as well as loc-tite between the forearm and barrel nut per manufacture specifications. Just purchased my wife her ccw from here yesterday. Service was excellent and could tell they were all about the customer. We went in looking at a more expensive one and after listening to them we bought a less expensive one with just as good quality. They care more about fitting you with the right firearm than selling you the most expensive one. Great place, will definitely be back!
They have best service of anywhere in the boot heel of Mo. I will always do my business with these fine Foulks! If u have never been there I suggest u go see them!!
