These guys had no problem answering questions. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service and atmosphere!
My dad bought a gun from there and had to take it back because of misfire. 2 months later still no gun.

You are referencing a gun bought almost two years ago that they brought in with a problem. We offered to contact the manufacturer on her behalf and we sent it back to Taurus as a complimentary service for her. I'd be happy to give you their number if you want to call them but we have nothing to do with the repair or warranty work for their products.
