It's too bad you're getting some bad reviews. I on the other hand went for lunch on the 4th of July and had a wonderful experience on a beautiful day. Food was great. (Eating my leftovers as I write) the service was quick and the server was super nice and on top of it but not annoying. The "busser" was a very nice young man. Did I get lucky? I've been there before for lunch and had the same experience so maybe it's different in the evening?

Food was good, but our server never bothered with us. No silverware, busnoy had to nring water.
I have always gone to Shooters to dance and party, however yesterday We went to Shooters to eat lunch and it was AMAZING!! and the service was top notch!! I will definitely be back to Shooters for food.
We were in from Detroit for the U2 concert and stopped in for drinks before the show. Hannah treated us great. My son and I had a great experience. Fantastic view, very nice people and ice cold beers, and even the weather cooperated. Thanks
Yesterday was my first time to Shooters. Myself, my Wife and a good friend of mine stopped in before the U2 concert. The scenery was beautiful! I ordered the club sandwiches, my Wife ordered the chicken wraps, and my friend ordered the Shooters burger. We all felt the food was excellent, and the wait staff was great! Thanks for making this a great first impression, and we will definitely be back! We have all talked about making this our go to place in Cleveland to eat from now on. Thanks again for a great experience!
