Horrible service. Not accommodating at all and very disappointing.
Had a great day in Cleveland and decide to enjoy dinner at Shooters. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was rotten, black and soft. It was disgusting- sent the salad back. The waitress was so kind and sweet, so apologetic but at $18 a salad I was disgusted with the people who prepared it. The rest if my family enjoyed their food.
My mom and I had a great time! Great food, service, and view!
