I went for my scheduled cleaning and everything went smoothly, Dr Shook and the team really care about the patients!

Well well, apparently my name is too common and confusing. Schedule an appt for today OCT 13 on OCT 5... Between then and now the 'got a cancellation' from ME - DID NOT Happen. They stated they heard from their assistant I called them, I can prove that is NOT the case. They could not figure it out in 10 minutes of standing at the front desk. First impression lost...
