Paid 10k for a jeep, and 2 days later engine light came on and said it needed a new catalytic converter and then 2 weeks later engine completely won’t turn on and needs a new timing chain. Was told everything was fine and they don’t respond to you either when you message them about the problems. I’m out 10,000$ now with no car. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and money.
I just wanted to thank the guys down there. It shook Auto new Philadelphia for coming and getting me from my house and taking me back to my house today. Even though I did not buy the truck I went after down there. It doesn’t mean that they’re not good people. Ryan was good kind and polite and he offered my secondary bed in there and they said no so I left but I left there happy I left their satisfied and I just wanted to thank them for everything they did for me today
I was convinced that one thing was wrong with my car from the way i diagnosed it from the symptoms went in and asked for thst to be fixed. They rediagnosed it correctely and fixed it cheaper than the repair would of been for the part I thought it was. I appreciate they took time to find the true issue instead of blindly trusting my diag and just replaced what i thought it was
