I hadn"t been to Shoneys since the pandemic started until tonight. A lot of the food seemed left over so I will not be going back for a long time.
Our server Willi was absolutely wonderful. She was such a joy and next time I'm in town I will come back to shoneys and hopefully she will be our sever again
The parking lot was unattractive. The restaurant is all by itself just off the highway at an intersection of four different roads just outside the Knoxville zoo. The food is better than most fast food options and the service was friendly. Unfortunately it was not very clean. We had to wipe off our own table and the floors had a lot of crumbs and food particles and the staff did not seem to be concerned and they were not taking any time or effort to sweep or clean surfaces.
