Well, I was, sorta still am a preschooler in home buying & an Shona exuded such patience & understanding with us through the entire process as she still does. There were major unfathomable challenges to overcome, and she still stuck by. In the end of all we'd gone through, it is clear that Shona throws her personal heart into everyone's closing. A consummate professional in every since of the word. She is very attentive and her knowledge of market research is beyond approach.
