Wonderful – I had never tried sushi before I came to Shoku. Let me just tell you, it is the most wonderful food in the entire world. I am now a regular customer.
I got catchy for you....! – I feel that the atmospehere is great and the overall feel gives a traditional, but modern feel to it. The is very well prepared from the pea pods to the King crab rolls.
Wonderful Experience – Hey, For all you squares out there in Squareville, try this place. It is a lot of fun and the food maybe the best around. The only issue I had was that the place can be loud. peace out, allen
Just OK – The food was good, the decor was good, the service was good. But, it wasn't great. Sure, the menu has fun choices like a wrap (aka burrito) with a sukiyaki flavor dipping sauce. And, the sushi list includes fun variations. But, my tuna roll packed a punch with a major dose of wasabi inside; it wasn't successful at hiding the muted flavor of the tuna and seaweed. The waiters and waitresses were constantly passing my table, back and forth. A few touches could make this place great.
Americanized Japanese Food – It's okey. I don't mind going back there sometimes. If you agree with me that PF Chang is not authentic Chinese, then Shoku is the same. It's not authentic Japanese, but it's not bad. It's more of gathering and drinking place for young people than enjoying food quietly.
Different Place – My first experience was thursday night. I had heard about this place from all my friends. They really like all the hot chicks from the staff to the customers. They are right the chicks are the best in town! The food and service was not far behind. DUDES THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ASIAN CHICKS!
FUN PLACE – THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THEY BEST PLACES IN TOWN FOR GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICES AND MUSIC. ALTHOUGH A LITTLE TOO LOUD. OVERALL GREAT!!
