Great customer service at Rouse Hill Store. I had an older lady look after me to fit my child's first shoes today. I will be coming back soon!
I went into the Rouse Hill store today at around 5:40pm. The receipt says the staff member was Tiana, although I’m not 100% sure if that was the older lady who served us. We came in to exchange ballet flats that we urgently needed for my daughter’s Book Week parade tomorrow. I had been told by another store that Rouse Hill had plenty of stock.
