Excellent customer service at Sox & Shoes Rouse Hill. The Shoe fitting consultant Dean was extremely patient with my kids and very knowledgeable about sizing and fit. He took his time and explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure the shoes fit perfectly. A stress-free experience for us parents — will definitely be back!
Worst customer service ever. Been there twice and both times been ignored and soo rude by all the staff. Asked if they are free and lady was like “scan the QR code) no hello no nothing. Have 3 kids and no I’ll never go back. Especially dealing with mums and children. Terrible service.
