Celina at the front desk is so cheerful and fun to talk to. Somehow ordering my contacts turned into my favorite conversation today. Very professional, answered all my questions, and made me laugh!
They have a problem admitting they got the prescription wrong. Telling someone who had glasses to “try them for 3 days” when you cant see out of your new lenses is rediculous . They also Try to nickle and dime you for out of pocket expenses, and i was told “oh wow you werent lying?!” When i showed i could get coverage for something they said insurance wouldnt cover. They give “nice mean girl” vibes. and try to blameshift the client instead of just admitting they got things wrong. Its giving very classist judgmental vibes. I ... read more
