History Established in 1991. Dr. Shoemaker established Shoemaker Chiropractic in 1991. After Hurricane Katrina, he resumed seeing his patients within one month in Slidell LA. In January 2006, he drove into Chalmette in a mobile clinic. Dr. Shoemaker soon outgrew the mobile clinic and, amazed by St. Bernard Parish's resurgence, leased clinic space while he rebuilt in his the original location. I know Dr Shoemaker don't remember me but , I went to him about 25 years ago with server margarine headaches. I still get them from time to time but he pretty much cured them for me . If you have headache I would strongly suggest Dr. Shoemaker

One of the most friendliest and professional doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. So courteous and really lets you understand what is going on with your body.
I've been to a couple different chiropractor's post Katrina after moving to the Northshore. No one compares to Dr. Shoemaker and his staff. I happily drive from Mandeville to come here for everything from neck pain to chronic sinus issues. It works every time and I get immediate results. Usually after just the first visit. I highly recommend him as well as the other Doctor's of Chiropractic there. Try this before medication!!! It works!
