I had a great experience at Shoe Warehouse. Stacy was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, she went out of her way to make sure I found the right shoes. Her advice and patience really made the experience enjoyable. The shop itself was tidy, well-organised and had a great range of choices. I originally only planned on buying one pair of shoes, but thanks to the great service and selection, I ended up buying multiple pairs! I would definitely recommend Shoe Warehouse and will be back again.

Good combination of brands for formal and casual shoes
Yesterday when in Melbourne my brother and I dropped into the Spencer St shop. We were attended to by staff member Elissa who knew exactly about some boots that had been placed at the reception desk for us to pick up.in addition I returned an unwanted pair. Elissa made the whole process of exchanging and purchasing so easy. She was friendly, engaging and so obliging. Her service exceeded our expectations.
