They were great here and there..but have done me wrong for the last time..When my son was 2 he was getting sedated for cavities..afterwards they put him in wheelchair and never strapped him in..and walked away which led to him falling on face..that was when he was 4..hes now 10 and was getting same procedure done ..appointment was scheduled for 12:45..they called to make it an hour later due to previous patient being difficult..which was totally fine..we arrive at 1:40 check in wait..and 30 mins later I ask what's the hold u... read more
Tried to schedule an appointment for my almost 3 year old and was told they aren’t willing to do afternoons appointments because children’s behavior is not ideal for them in the afternoon. Without patients you have no practice. So to give a time frame of when your child can come in based on age is ridiculous. I work two jobs and can’t just take off work in the morning to accommodate them. Wouldn’t you think they would want to accommodate their patients in anyway they can? RecommendedMy 3 yo son had a sedated dental appointment, and it’s the next day he had very extensive work done, root canals, crowns and fillings! He was groggy for a while after but he wasn’t in pain at all until this morning! I’m so happy with our experience there, everyone was very personable and worked hard and fast! I will recommend this place to any parent that has issues with their kiddos teeth!
I bring my 4y/o daughter and they have Great customer service, always trying to make her feel comfortable and go above and beyond to make sure she's ok. I love bringing her here :)
We went here they over charged us and did a horrible job on my oldest teeth that had to get fixed by another dentist because they didn't do the job right will never go here again
My son needed to get some cavities taken care of after waiting a month for our appointment I was told I couldn't go with him while he got sedated and got the work done I would never let anybody sedate my 6 year old and drill into his teeth without my presence extremelly sketchy
Dr. Hsu is great. We have been coming here for years. He has gotten my son to lose his fear of dentists. I don't know what we would have done without him. My daughter has a really bad gag reflex and they have been able to get x-rays for the first time and she is almost 18. Love this pediatric dental office!
Worst costumer service ever. Been going their over 6 years and because I missed one appointment they will no longer see us. Come on really!!!!
