They did a great job! Showed up when they said they would, identified a problem with the heater unit I wanted installed, and my ceiling fan works just as it should. They were tidy, and cleaned up any leftover bits before they left. And took all my packaging for recycling!
These guys are the real deal! We live in a remote area of the county - hard to get =any= trades people here. Joe and his assistant were prompt, courteous and able to deal with the Handyman's Nightmare we bought a couple of years ago. We have quite a few electrical chores remaining on our punch list and I think we have found an excellent partner in Shocking Difference :-)
