Pete Shockey did a FANTASTIC job on re-setting and designing my wedding ring. I wanted "Sparkly" and I got "Sparkly!" He was so patient, so helpful and so fast (super benefit!) I would absolutely trust and recommend Shockey Jewelers to everyone!
I have now had 2 experiences with this Jewelry shop and both were EXCELLENT! They replaced a watch battery in my Swiss watch while I waited. They were VERY reasonably priced and the customer service was excellent. Today I met the owner who "repaired" my same Swiss watch. I say "repaired" because I thought it was broken and was facing a significant price to fix. Pete has helped me with 3 custom ring settings. One is more beautiful than the next! I highly recommend doing business here! Very trustworthy and honest! Pete is currently helping a friend reset a diamond into a beautiful necklace. Very creative too!
Excellent service! I had a repair that was completed within a week and great job. Very professional and courteous staff treat you the same whether a large or small purchase.
I lost the diamond out of my wedding ring while water skiing. :( I sent my ring back to them and they had another diamond in and back to me within 10 days! They even cleaned and polished it. It sparkled as much as the day I got it. Thanks again for the excellent service....as usual!
