Mom is rolling over in in her grave. She had been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. They lost her watches, and indignantly denied it. They said they couldn't find them, that seems lost to me. Not in the safe, not in the office ,not in the back room. We were they? They were sitting in a pile behind some decorative boxes in the retail area of the store. I mentioned the management security issues to Pete, he demanded in apology. I laughed out loud. Store clearly in chaos. Just peek in the office.
I brought 2 watches here to get new batteries and Pete helped me out. Quick service at an affordable price. Great location in downtown Elgin. They have a definite customer for life.
