Unprofessional conduct appearance and behavior unacceptable. Suspect drug use . Several errors.. irrational behavior on property
They were trying to close my pool in 2020 and messed up a pipe and had to call the boss to figure things out. It’s still wonky. They sunk the cover and finally got it off the bottom of the pool and latched to the tie downs leaving a significant amount of water on top of the cover that we had to pump off. Never sent a bill. Wonderful Customer Service Thank you Ladies! After having the most horrible experience with another Pool Supplies store that I had been going too for the past 11 years. I went straight to Shocker Pools, in tears and a complete wreck! These ladies came to my rescue, calming me down. Even managing to squeeze me in tomorrow for the guys to come take a look and start the recovery process. Thank you once again.
