I am beyond impressed of the professionalism of our installer, ******. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was meticulous with his work. His attention to detail has won me over. This company delivers more then what they tell you. When I was presented the remodel solutions I was happy with what the sales person presented. The next step was my installer ****** to bring my dream to life. I can tell you without hesitation he OVER delivered on the promise made to me. His attention to detail and professionalism I do not encounter often from companies wanting to do work at my home. 5 star rating for our installer! Our project was a kitchen reface with new soft close cabinet doors, pull out shelves in 2 base cabinets, new countertops, sink, and faucet. We did not anticipate delays with the contract timeline; yet our installer made all the difference in our experience with Sho-Pro. His expertise is off the charts excellent. Terrible company, scammers. Promised great service and received none. Don't show up, don't protect your property, don't clean up and laughed that we believed the salesmen. We asked for compensation for the cleaning since they left a huge mess, shavings everywhere. No protection of your flooring and window was full of shavings. We were told they would place plastic coverings to protect home. They do not return calls and act like you have no reason to complain. Told salesmen will tell you anything to get your business. Had my shower redone a year ago with Sho Pro. The product is everything that they said it was. I am extremely happy with the result. The install was very professionally done, and has exceeded my expectations in every way. Knowing that there is a lifetime warranty and that they will address any issues, if I have any is a big relief.

We decided to get new insulation after talking with Sho-Pro of Indiana, and we couldn't be happier! Before getting our new insulation with space blanket there was a noticeable shift in temperature before our first and second floor. It was especially bad in our boys' bedroom, so much so that we were afraid they'd be way too hot and cold in the different seasons (it was at least a 7 degree difference).
