ShyAnn is great!!! She does exceptional work and cares about her customers. The atmosphere in her shop is very relaxing. ShyAnn makes sure I understand what she does and why she does it - when she is doing my hair. She treats me as an individual and customizes my treatment and care to fit my needs. If you are looking for exceptional service, expertise and service I would highly recommend Sho Ouf and ShyAnn!

The prices were outrageous. I would never pay almost $200 for a service.
Cheyenne (probably spelled more ethnically) does average work and is very over-priced. Products used can be bought at your local beauty supply. Just not very impressed.
