Great walk in clinic. The staff and medical practitioners are great. I was treated by RN Katie and Dr Sarker. Both were nice and did not underestimate my situation and provided me with treatment. Furthermore, they provided me with reassurance that everything is going to be ok. The only caveat of this clinic is that the parking is paid. So be prepared to have an arrangement for Parking when coming here. Other than that, the clinic is decent.

The wait was around 2 hours, but I believe they were short staffed so very understandable. I’m sure the Dr had had a very long day but right off the bat she was a bit confrontational and condescending, along with repeatedly asking if I could be pregnant even though I answered no multiple times. The latter fact felt especially intrusive and as if I wasn’t being taken seriously. The worst experience ever. If I could give negative I would have. I was in excruciating pain after a fall with a full acl tear history and they didn't order any scans. After multiple request an x-ray.was ordered and after 5 days they are refusing to share the reports. The doctor promised to request MRI and follow up with 48 hours and nothing after 5 days. Excellent staff, fast paced and so professional. I had to have 2 doctors come in for my procedure. They were swift, friendly, and didn’t try to shoo me out the door. I’ve never felt more listened to about my concerns in healthcare than here. I waited 2 and a half hours or maybe even less! and as soon as I was put into a room, I barely had to wait. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I went in for flu like symptoms. Got there right when they opened and was in and out in 20 mins. The staff was so sweet and genuinely cared for you. The dr took his time to assess my symptoms and answered any questions I had. Absolutely amazing service! I highly recommend this walk in clinic.
