Dr. Mohtashami is one of the few doctors I’ve seen who actually takes the time to listen. She’s straightforward, caring, and makes you feel comfortable asking questions. The office runs pretty smoothly too. The office is very convenient for me as its it a great location in Morgan Hill. I’ve never had to wait too long, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Motashami is a great PCP. She really listens to you and takes great notes, which you can review in your medical chart. It feels like a collaborative relationship where she gives you different avenues for treatment/resolutions. I would recommend her to anyone. I’m not sure if this is common but she also offers virtual appointments, which is super convenient if you want to make it during your lunch break or live far from her office, etc.
Dr. Shiva Mohtashami is an exceptional primary care physician. I took my mom to see her for care, and she was incredibly caring, attentive, and responsive. She always took the time to answer our questions and made sure we felt supported every step of the way.
I wouldn’t recommend this office at all. I had my wife switch to this office and they ordered a fasting lab test to quest. After booking the early appoint we found out the lab order is not there. We called and they said, it is sent now and will not have this issue. Booked 2nd appointment for lab test and with fasting. Again same issue , the lab order is not there. Not going back! Horrible staff!! Not helpful! Stay away from this place!
